I have involved from being a good Pediatrician to become a ‘better human being’ because of my association with CIAP. My association with IAP spans over 3 decades of dedicated services in various subspecialty Chapters of IAP like Infectious Diseases, Neonatology, Neurology, Adolescent Academy and Family Benefit Scheme of IAP. I have earned a huge amount of knowledge and experience in CIAP and would like to spread the same to all the members through my innovative ideas so that ultimately children and our country will be benefited.

I have been actively involved in organizing many international, national, state and local workshops and conferences, the most successful and widely talked was the National Conference at Nagpur, PEDICON 2018 for which I was Org. Chairperson. Very happy to share with you that a big amount of Rs.1.7 crores was contributed to CIAP and Rs. 45 lakhs to State IAP from PEDICON 2018.

I want to work for the welfare of my esteemed fellow IAPians, update their knowledge through various scientific programs. I would like to extend all help and support to young and budding Pediatrition in their scientific research work and promote them on academic platform. I will work seriously and get some law in favour of the doctors to protect them adequately against mob violence. I will work for public private partnership for betterment of patients, doctors and medical students.
